You may review your shopping cart at any moment you wish and carry out any of the following actions:

1. Change the quantity of units of a product you have selected by substituting the number on the “Quantity “box.
2. Remove all the items from your shopping cart completely by clicking the button “Remove”. 

Always remember to click button “Update” to make your changes effective.

3. Begin the payment process by clicking the button “Go to payment”.

Once the payment process has begun, make sure to write the shipping information of your order correctly, as well as to select the shipping method of it.

The Shop is offering the choice of sending your request to the address you write in the form during the purchase process, which could differ from the address appearing on your credit card.

To carry out the shipping of your request, you can choose sending it by Express Service (DHL or COPA COURIER) and International Postal Service. It is important to know that if you purchase different items to be sent to the same address, it is possible to receive the merchandise in two separated packages. This process is made at no extra-charge.

Express Postal Service: We have very competitive rates for this shipping method so we recommend you that every time you make a purchase you consult and compare how much you should to pay according to the selected service. DHL and Copa Courier services are used for this kind of express shipping. DHL is used to all territories of the world except USA, which is covered by Copa Courier.  

This Express Service offers all guarantees including a faster delivery. The maximum delivery period is up to 12 working days from the purchase date; after this term you have the right to ask for a new shipping process, at no extra charge, or the refund of the amount you paid, by sending an e-mail to ventas@mallcubano.com

International Postal Shipping: Shipments by this service may take up to a maximum of 45 days from the purchase date. After that term if you have not received your purchase, you have the right to ask for a new shipping process, at no extra charge, or the refund of the amount you paid by sending an e-mail to ventas@mallcubano.com. We appreciate any suggestion that can help us to improve products on sale and the presentation of them in the site. 

Mallcubano is not responsible for the expenses regarding to tariffs belonging to each country at the moment of receiving the merchandise, in case it may occur.  

Returns and Replace Policy

In case you have not yet received your order after the established period for each shipping modality (International Postal Mail or Express Service), mail to ventas@mallcubano.com and we will send you new shipping with no cost at all.
Customer should request via e-mail the cancelling of his order and the refund of the corresponding amount as long as it is not on the dispatching or shipping process.  

If you receive a damaged item with responsibility on Mallcubano.com, it will be replaced with no charge at all. For this procedure you must claim within the first 7 days after you receive the purchase and the merchandise must be returned. In case of any non-predicted trouble, please contact us. We will surely find a friendly, quickly and adequate solution for both parties.
