Agustín Bejarano (1964), Camagüey. Graduated from the Superior Institute of Art in the speciality of engrave in 1988.Artist running through different creative zones like the engrave, painting or performance distinguishing him as a creator approaching a wide instrumental spectrum. He structures a restless and beautiful universe, acting as a bomb for senses at the suggestive edges of the abstraction-figuration. Among his main recognitions are in 1995 Prize XI Biennial of Latin American and Caribbean Engrave, 1997 National Prize of Engrave and 2000, First Engrave Prize at a Puerto Rican Biennial.
